 Makino, have you ever eaten a fig?

 What do figs taste like?

 You know, when you cut a fig in half, it looks like a heart. 

that's why they say its bittersweetness.. is the flavor of love. 

A Pakistani I knew in New York told me that. 

 ..But to me the flavor of love tastes like that lousy cookie you made.

You can only imagine my fangirl squeal when I first saw this scene

 The scene had a very funny and a bit awkward aura then suddenly Domyouji turned serious and asked Makino about the fig. When he came to the part where he said the flavor of love tastes like Makino's cookies.. I was like *hits pause* then yaaaaaaaaaah.. Gosh these two and such Chemistry (Biology, zoology whatever) and they look good together.

There are of couse a million lines I would remember and freak-over with too..but these lines will forever be my favorite
